SPEARFISHING
The primary aim of these sessions will be to immerse you into the spearfishing world through:
• Introducing you to new spearfishing techniques,
• Raising your awareness concerning the basic risks associated with reef spearfishing,
• Gaining an insight into the tricks and traits about spearfishing gear,
• Developing a spearfishing methodology,
• Informing you about the integral relationship between marine behaviour and spearfishing.
At completion of these spearfishing sessions, the attendee will be fully equipped to practice the spearfishing sport in a safe manner, considerable technical knowhow, performance and effectiveness, and acquire the knowledge on how to practice this activity with the appropriate respect and sensitivity towards the marine life and the environment.
Participation Prerequisites:
• Clean health certificate,
• Be +18 years of age or older,
